Very strong Core JAVA programming skills
Familiarity with J2EE Technology, XML, Web Services, Spring Framework
Should possess basic knowledge on SQL.

Experience in using Eclipse based IDEs and plug-ins / Netbeans IDE and plugins
Good Analytical skills to extrapolate information and troubleshoot problems.
Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
Excellent communication and analytical skills and should be a quick learner.
Should be self motivated to handle the tasks assigned to him/her and the team he/she is be responsible for.
Must be an innovative and integrative thinker quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas.
